1. You fill the prescription items (e.g., test strips, lancets, insulin needles) using the patient’s existing health plan

2. We pick up the prescriptions, pack them with personalized wellness items, and handle delivery

3. You receive a monthly service fee per patient — no extra work, staff, or overhead
