What is CarePackHealth?

CarePackHealth is a subscription service that delivers personalized monthly care kits for people managing chronic conditions—starting with diabetes. Each CarePack includes prescription refills (when eligible), wellness items, educational tools, and convenience—all in one box.

What’s included in the Diabetes CarePack?

Your CarePack may include:

• Blood glucose test strips, lancets, alcohol swabs (via pharmacy)

• Glucose tablets and vitamin D or omega-3

• Diabetes-friendly snacks

• Pill organizer tray, insulin cooling pouch

• Personalized health tips and thank-you card

Contents are tailored based on your preferences and needs.

How do prescription items work?

We partner with pharmacies in Nova Scotia. Covered items like test strips, lancets, and needles are filled through your existing health plan. We collect them from your pharmacy, pack them with the rest of your CarePack, and deliver it directly to you.

Can I customize my CarePack?

Yes! During sign-up, you’ll fill out a short health and lifestyle form to tell us your preferences, allergies, and needs. We use that info to personalize your CarePack each month.

How much does it cost?

Basic Plan: $60.00/month

Do I need a prescription to use this service?

Yes—for pharmacy items. If you’re already receiving diabetes supplies from a pharmacy, we’ll coordinate with them. You don’t need a new prescription—just consent to work with your pharmacy.

Where do you deliver?

We currently serve all of Nova Scotia with regular delivery and same-day delivery in select areas like Halifax, Dartmouth, and Truro.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes! You can pause, skip a month, or cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting us.

How is this different from just buying things myself?

We eliminate the hassle of multiple trips, confusing product choices, and refill tracking. You get everything tailored, bundled, and delivered—saving time, stress, and guesswork.

We currently support diabetes, but we’re expanding soon to include kits for:
